Here is the 6 – Weekend Warrior Program:
You train on Friday (with an upper body focus) & Saturday (with a lower body focus) for 90 intense minutes. I will give you a personalized workout with access to a demonstration video on this website that you do either on Tuesday or Wednesday at home. It will only be a 30 minute workout that will be all body weight exercises. That’s it!
Sample 90 minute Weekend Warrior session:
10 minute dynamic stretch workout 10 minute prison workout 5 minute rest 15 minute intense strength & core circuit (Upper body or Lower Body workout. We use kettlebells, power wheel, ropes, tires, resistance bands, and other great fitness tools to maximize strength) 5 minute rest 15 minute Power training (using Dumbbells & Barbells) 5 minute rest 10 minute ISOTABATA 5 minute rest 10 minutes High Energy Yoga & stretches
